He holds a 6 plus years of experience in the areas of legal consultancy, advisory and consultancy services, Regulatory compliances under Corporate Laws, FEMA Regulations, Incorporation of Foreign & Indian Companies including section 8 companies, Farmer Producer Companies and LLPs, Investment Consultancy including the route of Private placement, Due diligence etc. He is well exposed in dealing with various regulatory authorities like Registrar of Companies (ROC), Regional Director (RD), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), Goods & Services Tax (GST) and Income Tax and having rich experience in secretarial compliance of domestic and MNC companies. Besides, Amit is young and dynamic in his field and providing strength to the company very strategic leadership for the company’s operations and growth opportunities using his diverse skills.
